until Saturday morning

People in the watch area should be prepared for rising waters and flooding of small creeks, streams and rivers.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Norman has expanded the

* Flood Watch for flash flooding...flooding of creeks and
  rivers...and flooding of low lying areas to include portions
  of southwest Oklahoma and northern Texas, including the
  following areas, in southwest Oklahoma, Caddo, Greer, Harmon,
  Jackson, and Kiowa. In northern Texas, Foard and Hardeman.

* Through Saturday morning

* 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts are possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
