The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Cotton County in southwestern Oklahoma...
  Southeastern Tillman County in southwestern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Clay County in northern Texas...
  Northeastern Archer County in northern Texas...
  Wichita County in northern Texas...

* Until 900 PM CDT.

* At 819 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 miles east of Electra to near Iowa Park to 5
  miles east of Holliday, moving northeast at 35 mph. At 812 PM, a
  spotter measured a wind gust of 61 mph at Kamay.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, Henrietta, Iowa Park, Holliday,
  Grandfield, Petrolia, Byers, Dean, Randlett, Jolly, Devol,
  Cookietown, Sheppard AFB, Lakeside City, Pleasant Valley, Taylor,
  Haynesville, Charlie and Cashion.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
minor flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

  Southeastern Foard County in northern Texas...
  Northeastern Knox County in northern Texas...
  Southwestern Wilbarger County in northern Texas...
  Northwestern Baylor County in northern Texas...

* Until 715 PM CDT.

* At 617 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Gilliland,
  moving north at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Crowell, Gilliland and Vera.

building.

Large hail and damaging winds and continuous cloud to ground
lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately.
Lightning is one of nature`s leading killers. Remember, if you can
hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

* At 548 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles east of
  Fargo, moving north at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Frederick, Davidson, Elmer, Fargo and Hess.
